ZA Fanzone is a Cape Town-based events company that conceptualises, plans, designs, markets, publicises, builds and operates events (in short everything) in South Africa and its neighbouring countries. We offer a turnkey solution which includes choosing venues, disaster management plans, getting the relevant licences and permissions, publicising the event and incorporating the local community and sponsors.

ZA Fanzone is the events company behind the second and third Cape Town Carnivals, held in Long Street and the Fanwalk which had about 50 000 people attending each event.

ZA Fanzone was the only company in South Africa to plan, organise and manage three separate FIFA fanparks for the duration of the World Cup for the Host City Cape Town in Athlone, Mitchell’s Plain and Khayelitsha.

Conceptualising and planning

ZA Fanzone have an experienced team that can assist in the planning and conceptualisation of major events - from the initial idea until the sign-off of the final plan at the events office - taking into account all logistics, safety, security and publicity.

Implementation

ZA Fanzone run all events in accordance with the National Events Act - and have a good relationships with city events departments, SAPS and disaster risk management teams at a municipal, provincial and national level.
